HDI Charlotte is pleased to announce our 10th Annual Technology Forum & Vendor Expo featuring networking, informative presentations, a vendor expo, amazing prizes, and more.

This is our biggest event of the year and is a great opportunity to network and expand your knowledge through vendor interaction and fantastic speakers.  We encourage anyone in the scope of technology support (Analysts, Team Leads, Managers, Directors, Execs) to attend.

This year’s event will be held in a private conference room at the U.S. National Whitewater Center with a balcony overlooking the waterpark.  We’re very excited to try out this new venue.  It offers the opportunity to continue networking activities into happy hour and a live music event later that evening for those interested.

Finally! An Open, Modern Metrics Standard

There’s no standard way for tech support leaders to report on what they measure. Even worse, they often measure too much—sometimes things that aren’t even relevant. Most organizations rely on metrics that were developed and perfected for phone-based call centers from the last century. Times have changed, so why haven’t our metrics? This session will introduce you to a powerful framework that will forever change how you think about metrics: the first open standard for customer support leaders.

Bio:Phil Verghis is the author of The Ultimate Customer Support Executive and a long-time supporter of HDI. He’s a former chair and two-time member of the HDI Strategic Advisory Board. He is the CEO and co-founder of Klever, based in the Research Triangle area of NC.
